Marketplace store authorization and label printing are the core workflow. Shopee is supported today; additional platforms are added over time — check the app for the latest list.

Confirm in your platform's seller centre that the order is arranged to ship and the label exists, then refresh sync in the app. If it still fails, check whether store authorization has expired.

Each successful label print uses one credit. New users may receive trial credits on registration. You can redeem voucher codes in the app. Remaining credits appear in Printer settings or membership status.

Enable Bluetooth and location permissions, rescan in Printer settings, and use Configure Wi-Fi for network printers. If it still fails, email service@lukloop.com with your printer model and app version.
